Place the stainless steel window screens in a tub or clean outside. Mix a bucket of warm soapy water. Use a cleaning rag to wash the black mesh screen. Start from the top and rinse with clear water to remove the soap and remaining soil. Gently dry with a towel or allow to dry in a sunny location. If the screening is loose, use a screening roller to press the gasket holding the screen back into place. If you do not have a screening roller, use a narrow flat-edged tool, such as a flat screwdriver, to carefully press the screen gasket back into position in the track.
